Testing
The ages your cubes get crushed at, and who crushes them. The ages drive every due date and every late flag in this tool, so they are worth getting right once. Standard practice is 7 and 28 days.
What was placed, and where
One entry per pour. Two pours in a day is normal, so give each one its own reference and the tool will keep them apart.
Before the pour
The checks somebody will ask about the day a cube fails. Answer them here and they are printed on the record with the pour, dated, rather than remembered differently by two people six months later.
The loads that arrived, and the cubes you took
Delivery notes
One line per truck. The volumes are added up for you, so the total placed comes off the delivery notes rather than off memory. Leave this empty and the volume you typed above is used instead.
Cubes taken
One line per cube. Give it the mark that is written on the cube itself and the age it is to be crushed at, and the test date works itself out. Fill the strength in when the certificate comes back. Leaving the strength blank is what keeps the cube on the outstanding list, which is the point.
