Take the photo, draw an arrow on the problem, say what must be done. Out comes a numbered, dated Site Instruction or Non-Conformance Report PDF. Free. No sign-up. Nothing uploaded.
These appear on the cover page. Leave anything blank and it's simply left off.
One photo per item. Mark it up, then say where it is, what is wrong and what must be done about it.
Works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on Android, iPhone, tablet and desktop.
Photos are resized on your own device before they go into the PDF, so a full card of
site photos still makes a file you can email.
iPhone users: Apple saves photos as HEIC, which only Safari can open. Either use Safari,
or go to Settings, Camera, Formats and choose Most Compatible so new photos save as JPG.
A photo taken through this page belongs to the page, not to your camera roll. Your browser does not let any website write to your gallery, so nothing here can put it there for you. Save the originals to your device and they go to your Downloads or Files, where you can add them to your photos from the share menu.
Nothing here is uploaded. Your photos are read, marked up and built into the PDF by your own browser, on your own phone or computer. They are never sent to IT Civils or anyone else, we never see them, and nothing is stored once you close the page. Site photographs can show people, homes and private property, so they are treated as yours and yours alone. You remain responsible for who you issue the finished document to.
One PDF, ready to email or hand over. Nothing leaves your device.
New tools get built when the admin gets annoying enough. Leave your email and you will hear when the next one lands. What you do on site is what decides what gets built, so it is worth saying.
Pick a colour, draw on the photo. Move lets you drag an arrow or a circle somewhere else, or drag either end of an arrow to re-aim it. Backspace deletes what is selected.
