These terms govern your use of the IT Civils website and the purchase of our products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy the products.
Our products are downloadable digital templates and tools (the "IT Admin Buster" packs and bundle). When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on your own projects and within your own business.
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are once-off. Payment is processed securely by Payfast and Paystack. Once payment is confirmed, your download is delivered by email and is available immediately. Your download link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads, so please save your files somewhere safe. It's your responsibility to give a correct email address at checkout.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they generally can't be returned once downloaded. If something is wrong, the file won't open, you were charged incorrectly, or you didn't receive your download, contact us and we'll make it right.
All content on this site, including the products, templates, wording, branding, and design, is owned by IT Civils unless otherwise stated. Buying a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Our products are practical tools intended to help you produce reports and diaries faster. They are provided "as is". You remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything you send out. To the extent permitted by law, IT Civils is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the products.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
